Our Story
Live Better was founded in September 2020. In the midst of the pandemic, we recognized the potential of the Greek real estate market. Our first focus became Patras — a dynamic university city with an atmosphere reminiscent of Tel Aviv. There, we identified a clear problem: students were living in old, poorly maintained apartments that were unrenovated and unfurnished. This led to the creation of the “Airbnb for students” concept — fully furnished apartments for long-term rental.
The idea quickly proved successful: units were being rented within weeks. Today, we develop projects in student and family housing, property flips, and the construction of villas and vacation apartments.

Tom Linkovsky
An entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Previously owned a restaurant chain in Tel Aviv and worked in import and large-scale event management. In 2020, Tom decided to enter the international real estate market.

Evgeny Kalika
A specialist in marketing, strategic consulting, and advertising. His core values — discipline, reliability, and responsibility — became the foundation of the company.
Tom and Evgeny have known each other for more than 30 years — their friendship began back in the 1990s and eventually grew into a successful partnership. Over the years working in Greece, they have built strong relationships with local real estate agents, architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities.
